How Do You Handle Returns?
House of Jubal is interested only in your satisfaction, and will accept returns within 60 days for any reason.
Please call us at 888-559-3802 for a RMA number before returning products to us. Returns will not be
accepted without a RMA number. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping on returns unless the
return is due to our mistake.
Please sample our products before buying them, and please respect the need of our artists and authors to
recoup the cost of their production and make a profit.
