Our Purpose and Focus

House of Jubal is a place where independent artists and authors can sell their music, books and art. Named after the first artist mentioned in the Bible (Genesis 4:21), it was founded by Greg Howlett, a recording artist.

While there are other online stores that sell music and other media from independent artists, House of Jubal is unique in that it focuses entirely on Christian media and markets primarily to Christians. It is also unique in that it offers products both by digital download as well as by physical methods such as CDs or books.

Greg fully understands the expense of recording and publishing and also knows first hand how difficult it is to promote products in the Christian community. House of Jubal keeps only a small part of all sales and sends the rest of the money to the author or artist.

We hope that you will join us in supporting independent artists and authors. In many cases, their work is comparable in quality to the well-known names in the industry. However, many independent projects never break even because of the high costs of production.

House of Jubal does not completely endorse every product we sell, but we are somewhat picky about what we promote. Our music tends to range from conservative to inspirational, while we will not sell books that promote doctrine that is incompatible with our core beliefs.
